My Requests
The My Requests page (/my-requests) lists every access request you have submitted across all knowledge bases.
Opening the pageโ
Two ways to get here:
- ๐ Click the notification bell in the top-right header โ My Requests
- Or click your name in the header โ New Request โ after submitting, you can navigate to
/my-requests
What you seeโ
A simple table with these columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Application | The name of the knowledge base you requested |
| Status | A coloured chip showing the request's state |
Status valuesโ
| Chip | Meaning |
|---|---|
| pending (grey) | The administrator hasn't reviewed your request yet |
| approved (green) | You now have access โ open the KB from the Apps Dashboard or jump into Chat |
| rejected (red) | The administrator declined the request |
Paginationโ
If you have many requests, the table paginates 5 or 10 rows depending on screen width.
Actions you can takeโ
For now, this page is read-only:
- You cannot cancel a pending request from the UI.
- You cannot delete old approved or rejected entries.
- You cannot re-send a request without first having it deleted by the admin.
If you submitted a request by mistake, contact the KB administrator (their email is shown to you immediately after submission and is also in the notification email they received).
Notificationsโ
You will not receive a real-time push notification when a status changes. The Status chip on this page is the source of truth โ refresh the page to see the latest state. You will also receive an email when the admin acts:
| Admin action | Email you receive |
|---|---|
| Approves | Subject: Access Granted: {KB name} โ includes a button to open the KB |
| Rejects | Subject: Join Request Update: {KB name} |
