App List
The Apps Dashboard (/apps) is the central place where you see every knowledge base (KB) you have access to.
Request Access
Knowledge bases in Genie are private to the people invited to them. To use a KB you are not already a member of, you submit an access request to its administrator.
My Requests
The My Requests page (/my-requests) lists every access request you have submitted across all knowledge bases.
Waiting for Approval
This page explains what happens between the moment you click Request to access and the moment you can chat with a knowledge base.
